It has come to our attention that there is an incompatibility with our Blu-ray Fireplace program on the Playstation 3 Blu-ray player.
We have learned that an authoring bug is the cause of this problem. This authoring bug does not effect playback on stand-alone Blu-ray players, only the Playstation 3. This problem will not be fixed with a firmware update.
We are already in the process of manufacturing a version of this program where the bug is fixed. We have set up an ordering system on our website which will allow you to register for a replacement disc. We will send you a replacement disc with a prepaid self addressed envelope for return of the defective disc.
